SPTE (tinplate)/ETP (electroplated tinplate) corrosion-resistant tinplate rolls are made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate, and a layer of tin or tin alloy is evenly plated on its surface through electroplating and other processes. This structure makes the tinplate roll have both the strength and toughness of steel and the excellent corrosion resistance and good surface properties brought by the tin layer.
- Excellent corrosion resistance: The tin layer can effectively block the contact between air, moisture, and acids and alkalis in food and the steel plate, preventing the steel plate from rusting and corroding.
- Good sealing: The packaging container made of tinplate rolls can achieve good sealing, which can effectively prevent external impurities, microorganisms, etc. from entering the packaging.
