Product Overview
Color-coated coils are manufactured using hot-dip galvanized, galvalume, or electro-galvanized steel sheets as the base material. After surface pretreatment including chemical degreasing and conversion treatment, multiple layers of organic coatings are applied and baked to create durable, colorful steel products.
PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel) refers to galvanized coils coated with colored paint layers, providing both corrosion protection and aesthetic appeal for various applications.
PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume) features galvalume coils as the base material with additional color coatings for enhanced performance and visual appeal.
