Product Overview
Prepainted Galvalume steel coil is a high-performance coated steel product that combines the corrosion resistance of Galvalume (55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon coating) with a pre-applied colored paint layer. This dual-layer protection makes it ideal for roofing, cladding, and industrial applications where durability and aesthetics are essential.
The prepainting process involves applying a primer and topcoat (typically polyester, PVDF, or silicone-modified polyester) onto the Galvalume substrate before fabrication. This ensures uniform coating adhesion, vibrant colors, and enhanced weather resistance.
