Features of color coated roll substrate:
Electro-galvanized substrate: the coating is thinner, and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized substrate;
Hot-dip galvanized substrate: The thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc tank to make a layer of zinc adhere to the surface. This galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability.
Hot-dip galvanized substrate:
The product is plated with 55% AL-Zn, has excellent corrosion resistance, and its service life is more than four times that of ordinary galvanized steel sheets. It is the replacement product of galvanized sheet.
Features:
(1) It has good durability, and its anti-corrosion ability has a longer service life than galvanized steel sheets;
(2) It has good heat resistance and is less likely to change color at high temperatures than galvanized steel sheets;
(3) Has good heat reflectivity;
(4) It has processing performance and spraying performance similar to that of galvanized steel sheet;
(5) It has good welding performance.
(6) Good performance-price ratio, durable performance and very competitive price. Therefore, whether it is architectural designers, engineers or manufacturers, galvanized steel sheets have been widely used in industrial buildings, steel structures and civil facilities, such as garage doors, gutters and roofs.
