1. How to ensure product quality?

We will provide the product quality inspection certificate before delivery. If necessary, you can also arrange for a third-party quality inspection company to inspect the goods.

2. What is your MOQ?

Our minimum order quantity is 5 tons, but if it is less than 5 tons, it is also possible, but the price will be slightly higher

3.Can you send samples?
Of course, we can send samples to all parts of the world, our samples are free, but customers need to bear the courier costs

4.What product information do I need to provide?
You need to provide the grade, width, thickness, coating and the number of tons you need to purchase.

5.What are the shipping ports?
Under normal circumstances, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Ningbo ports, you can choose other ports according to your needs.

6.What are the certifications for your products?
We have ISO 9001, SGS, EWC and other certifications.

7.How long does your delivery time take?
Small orders (<100T): 7-15 days

Medium orders (100-500T): 15-30 days

Large orders (>500T): Negotiable
